Motivation Technique: Suit Up


Sometimes our good exercise intentions bump up against lack of motivation, and our best laid workout plans are derailed. It happens to the best of us. I have a simple technique that might just break down the imaginary, yet powerful, force field pinning you to your couch. Lace up your sneakers and put on your workout clothes. If you're dressed for exercising the chances are much higher that you will actually do it. Looking down at your sneaks will remind you that a workout is only a heartbeat away.
