Naomi Watts seemingly has it all: two children, a rich and famous baby daddy (a.k.a. Liev Schreiber) and a career trajectory that could make actresses half her age turn green with envy. But even genetically blessed movie stars need a little pick-me-up from time to time. That's why Watts, who stars in the big screen drama The Impossible, out this Friday, schedules regular sweat sessions with sought-after personal trainer Simone De La Rue to sculpt a perfect backside. "Like every woman, she is after a perky ballet butt," says De La Rue. "This move is super effective and requires minimal equipment so [Naomi] can really do it anywhere. After 20 reps, your buns should be on fire!" Now Watts' buns can be yours—it IS possible.

The Move: Knee to Chest Kick Side

Works: Glutes, Lower Abs

  • Start by placing a 9-inch Pilates ball underneath your ribs for placement and protection. Keep your hips stacked. Extend one leg out to the side keeping it parallel to the floor with the foot flexed.

  • Bend the other leg behind you at a 90-degree angle. Bring your knee into your chest and kick your leg back out to the side.
