we grew more kale than we knew what to do with this year and i had to get real creative. i put it in my usual banana almond milk smoothies, just a few leaves so it would still taste good and it did indeed! i totally agree with the warmed version of preparing leafy greens, i feel like i can consume more that way, but in the summer it's awesome to find raw ways of eating. i'm a big fan of kale salad with parmesan cheese!
