the link on the cottage cheese question says it has 28 grams per 1 cup serving, which puts 1/2 cup at 14 grams - i think that's probably correct

I got the cottage cheese question right but the kind that I eat only has 15 grams of protein per 1/2 cup serving. What kind of cottage cheese contains that much per serving?

Wow I just learned so much from that little quiz. I had no idea women needed that much protein a day. I will have to start paying attention to how much I'm eating.

I agree that people focus too much on protein and are likely to eat more than they need, which doesn't necessarily benefit a person.

Not bad. I think most americans concentrate too much on protein. Its really not that hard to get the RDA. I recently cut way back on my meat consumption and I'm having no problem meeting my RDA still.
