This simple recipe requires few ingredients and contains no flour! Chocolate is an optional addition — a bonus in my book.

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips — optional
- Preheat over to 375.
- In a medium-sized bowl mix egg and brown sugar.
- Stir in oatmeal and nut butters.
- Place rounded tablespoons on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. They might look done, but they should be perfect.
