Ingredients

* 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
* 3 TB liquid egg whites
* 1/4 cup coconut manna (coconut butter)
* 1 cup instant oatmeal
* 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the yogurt, egg whites, and coconut butter until blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with your hands until a sticky dough is formed. Make nine balls, flattening with your palms to form patties and place on a greased cookie sheet (I used a silicone mat). Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
