It seems like moments ago that I was flying home from Beijing with my second Olympic gold medal in hand. It was a magical moment, but not quite as special as finding out just afterward that that I was pregnant with my first child. Joey was born in May of last year, and after a quick few months of competing on the AVP tour, I was blessed to become pregnant with my second son, due at the end of this month. Two kids in one year, and now I have to get in shape for a run at the 2012 Olympics! Not only that, I need to get back into bikini shape for when I step back on the court in July. Scary! I'm so excited to have an opportunity to share my journey with all of you here on FitSugar and look forward to blogging about my favorite waist-trimming cardio workouts, fat blasting diet tips, and calorie-burning strength training moves. Let's get our buns in shape together!
