Hopefully core exercises are part of your regular fitness routine. If not, you need to be doing some planks to strengthen your abs and back while teaching them to work together. We are loving the plank with the additional challenge of the arm and leg reach these days. In fact, we love it so much we challenge you to see how many reps you can do in 60 seconds.
