Awesome news! I tend to be a lot more optimistic than my husband in most situations and I think that's why I'm a lot healthier than he is. Maybe it's because when I start feeling a little sick, I figure "Oh, it's probably something minor, I'll just eat more veggies and drink more water" and it usually passes pretty quickly.

I think this is fantastic! Optimism is so healthy, mentally and physically, for so many reasons. I have studied that an optimistic and positive attitude can help in recovering from sickness and can help you lose weight (think thin - negativity makes you hold onto weight, literally, through irritated/stopped-up bowels and low metabolism!). Plus, it just feels better to take everything with a smile and a positive outlook. Even if things might not be the best, no harm in hoping/imagining they will be.
