If you're like me, the music you listen to when working out is completely opposite of what you listen to while making dinner or hanging out. Workout tunes are meant to be played loud because they're provocative, energetic, and full of brisk beats. I'm loving the latest playlist I put together for my iPod, because it's perfect for a long weekend run or bike ride (with only one ear bud in for safety reasons).
