P.L.O.W. — Get Down With Old School Madonna

Since the air is getting chilly, I know I need some upbeat music to get me moving and warm me up. I can always count on old school Madonna tunes to inspire me to move. Not only do her songs have awesome beats, but knowing she works out doing Ashtanga yoga and jogging to get that strong and chiseled body motivates me to work hard too.

Check out her yoga moves in the beginning of this performance.

I made a play list of all my favorite Madonna songs. Want to see? Then

What an amazing video. She's still amazingly fit and it's just so obvious in her performances that she's giving you something special, she's worked hard at what she does, and it is perfection!

Burning Up is an AWESOME cardio song. For newer stuff, I work out to much of the "Music" album, especially "Impressive Instant."

If I were to make any additions to that list, they would be the following:Older tunes: "Dress You Up," "Everybody," "Burning Up," and "Angel."Newer tunes: "Nobody Knows Me," "Hung Up."I like this one-artist P.L.O.W. idea though!

wow! I just downloaded "The Immaculate Collection" a few days ago, and I must say it is AMAZING to work out to. The time goes by so fast I don't even realize it. I also LOVE to do cardio to her live track of "Music Inferno." That song always gets me pumped!
