It's great to pack your gym bag the night before, but we know that plans are constantly changing. This way you're never stressed out trying to rush around town in order to make a class. And if you've got an extra pair of sneakers, then that's even better! Keep your extra pair ready to go in case you ever find yourself in a bind or motivated to try a new class. Just remember to refresh your gear if you end up using it!
