Personal Chef or Personal Trainer?

Most of us plan and cook our own meals and when it comes to working out, we pretty much train ourselves. Celebrities are lucky because they have live-in chefs who prepare healthy meals for them all day, everyday. They also have personal trainers who work with them (in their home gyms, I'm sure) for a couple hours each day, giving them motivation and advice on how to get the body they want.

What if you could choose one, which would you rather have?

I would much rather have a trainer. I need someone to motivate me and a trainer would probably help me stay committed. Plus, I love to cook meals and I find it comforting.

Hm... I'd have to say a trainer. I love preparing my meals and a trainer would help me push myself on those days that I feel SO lazy. Plus it's always nice to have someone helping you out.

While I would dearly love someone to cook all the meals, answering the dreaded question of: "What's for dinner, Mom?", I'm perfectly capable of doing this (even though I get tired of it). On the other hand, a personal trainer would push me to work harder on a regular basis, something I'm not so good at.

I'm very motivated when it comes to getting exercise, but I hate to cook (even though I'm omnivorous and love to eat)! I'd take the chef.

I have no problems eating healthily, I have always been a veg-head, but I have looked my best when I have worked with a personal trainer.

I love to cook too much to leave it to someone else, but I could use a little drill sergeant-like motivation in the gym sometimes.

I would take the personal trainer. Just because you have a personal chef doesn't mean your not going to snack on crap when he or she isn't there. Although, it'd be nice not to have to cook dinner every night!

I love food and I'm all about instant gratification, so personal chef!

I'm not a great cook, so I would love it if someone could do the cooking for me!

As long as your moving your going to burn some calories. I can motivate myself to exercise but food is another thing. I can cook just fin but it would probably be the same ol boring mess. Having a chef would be the awesome perk that I need.

I like to cook but would love a personal chef for when I'm tired and also to keep my menus fresh, healthy and light.

I'd pick a personal trainer (so long as he/she was an excellent trainer, I've seen many that aren't). I love cooking and getting creative making my favourite flavours into healthy recipes.

chef... if i knew when, where, and what i was going to eat every day and not have to think about how to cook it, i'd be thinner and spend less money eating out!

I agree girlwonder, I love to cook too much to pay someone and have them take that away from me! It's not always fancy, but even if it's throwing something together, I just like being in the kitchen. Plus, for me, food and therefore cooking is a necessity, I find it hard some days to drag myself to the gym.

I'd love a personal trainer to show me fun new ways to work out.
