This way you can truly see what you're putting in your body, and it's an easy way to participate in this week's Get Fit For 2010 community challenge: keeping a food journal in a blog post.
It gets even easier. You can harness technology and use the camera on your mobile phone to blog on the go. Snap a shot of your meal, then create a mobile blog post in the Get Fit group. Here are step-by-step instructions on mobile blogging. It is super cool and super easy to do. Pictured on the left is what I had for lunch yesterday. Looking at my plate piled with Mexican food as I took the photo with my iPhone, I realized that this was one large midday meal and made certain to skip the late afternoon snack.
