Wow. Imagine eating all of these veggies in one day. It would only be approx 1200 calories total.

I enjoyed this article. As for corn, it's actually considered a grain, not a veggie. If we are to believe Michael Pollan, which I basically do, we are living off of corn day and night, and it's not as nutritious as we have been led to believe. That's a hard fact for me to swallow, because I really enjoy eating corn.
