Protein Coconut Flour Berry Pancakes!

Ingredients
 
2 tbsp coconut flour
 
3/4 cup egg whites
 
3 tbsp water or milk  ( i used water )
 
1 tsp baking powder
 
1 scoop of Acai and Whey Protein Powder ( Biochem Brand )
 
Flaxseeds
 
 
Mix all ingredients in a blender !
 
Makes about 5- 6 pancakes depending on size!
 
TOpping I made with Walden Farms Sugar Free Blueberry Spread and Sugar Free Maple Syrup , put in microwave for 20 seconds! Such a great syrup flavor!
 
 Sliced Banana and Galaxy Granola Not Sweet Vanilla Flavor on top as well!
