PumpOne: Online Workout

Looking for a way to use your iPod as your personal trainer?

PumpOne is a great site I recently stumbled across that has downloadable workouts that range from strength training to Pilates to yoga to flexibility. There is a little something for everyone and you can chose how many weeks (and programs) you want to purchase. The prices range from $19.00 (a few weeks) - $159.00 (the whole she-bang), depending on which program you pick. The Trainers work on your nano, iPod video, the older iPod photo, any MP3 player with a color screen, your computer or laptop (Windows & Mac) and you can even print them out. I especially love that all the programs allow you to listen to anything in your music library while following along with the program. Pretty cool if you ask me. So check out PumpOne online to download a free workout now. For more info and to pick the workout that is right for you, just visit PumpOne.com.
