Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  2. 1/2 large ripe banana
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk or coconut milk
  4. 1/2 tablespoon honey
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  6. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  7. 2 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
