If you are a serious computer user you should really take time, right now, to arch back over your chair. It might feel like a Flashdance moment, but this will give your tight chest a much needed release. Try to get your shoulder blades over the top of the seat. Rotate your arms away from you so your palms are facing out. This is the ultimate anti-computer move.
