I learned something (avacado)!!! There needs to be a "backwards" key b/c I hit the wrong one by accident once & couldn't go back. :-(

6/6 I know well, since I am in a low carb diet (lost 40lbs) and pottasium deficiency can be a problem. I eat lots of avocado, spinach and the most important secret.... low sodium salt which has a lot of pottasium.

I get cramps in my feet and calves when I'm low on potassium. The ones in my calves can be really bad - I've had charlie horses so bad that my calves are sore days later!

I should know about the last one - my husband went into shock for not having enough potassium, it was so scary to see a 200 lb man on the floor and unable to move :-(

4/6...not too bad, most of these were vaguely informed guesses. I have a banana on my desk right now while I write my dissertation, they always pep me up when I'm feeling fuzzy headed, and it's good to know potassium has so many health benefits too!:)
