Review of Jackie Warner's Thintervention Show With the Pussycat Dolls' Robin Antin

Does Sweating Make You Feel Sexy?

The contestants on Thintervention are starting to see the results of their intense workouts and diet changes thanks to their dedication and trainer Jackie Warner's guidance. In an effort to celebrate their changing bodies, Jackie invited Robin Antin of the Pussycat Dolls to work with the crew on last night's "Sweat Is Sexy" episode. Antin's moves offered the gang the opportunity to let loose, express some passion, and most of all, sweat. And for the most part, the contestants jumped at the chance.

I happen to feel empowered when I sweat, but sexy isn't necessarily the right adjective. What about you?

I sweat so much and so easily. Sweating is great when I'm running, but I'll be doing normal yoga, and my top will be drenched. It's very embarrassing.

I'm all for sweating when it comes to working out, but no- it does not make me feel sexy.

The sweat isn't too bad, but I also turn radish red when I run, and the combination is scary. I always feel gross but energized, eager for a shower after my workout. My husband, however, thinks my sweaty smell is great and loves when I come home stinky. He would definitely call it "sexy." Lucky for me the redness fades during my cool down and the ride home. He hasn't seen me like that yet!

I don't feel stinky and gross, I feel strong! But I still had to answer no because sexy definitely isn't the right adjective

Sexy? No. Gross? Also no. Just productive and on a high from the endorphins I've released. I'm totally not afraid to get drenched at my gym, which is why I don't shy away from spin class or running on the treadmill!

No, not really. Only because I think my husband always says I'm gross after I work out and never wants to touch me until I've showered. I feel good when I sweat, but not really "sexy".

Depends on when it happens! lol. If I'm sweating through my everyday clothes, I just feel nasty and gross - if I'm covered from top to toes with a layer of sweat because I just scaled a route at my rock climbing gym that I've been struggling to finish, or because I've been dancing my a** off in a club or I'm just coming back from a good run, it makes me feel *good* - at those times, I wear my sweat proudly and I do feel sexy. ... Until my body cools down and I get home and all I want to do is take off my stinky clothes and take a shower lol.

sweat means my body worked hard, and that makes me proud! Bring on the sweat and keep the confidence high!!
