I always have a box of Kashi GoLean cereal in my cupboard, whether it be regular GoLean or GoLean Crunch. These cereals are a great source of fiber and protein, full of wholesome whole grains, and taste great in milk or on their own. If you too are a fan, then you'll be psyched to hear that a new version is hitting shelves now — GoLean Crisp!
Curious to know how it compares nutrition and flavor-wise? Then keep reading.
I must say, when I first opened the package, I was greeted by an overwhelmingly luscious berry scent. I snacked on a bunch before pouring this cereal into my bowl, and my first thought was, "Wow, this is crispy." I loved the texture instantly — the satisfying crunch coupled with the chewiness of the dried cranberries. I was happy to see whole oats in the mix too.
Along with the pleasant aroma, this cereal also has a very distinct sweet berry flavor, which is very different than the other GoLean cereals. How does it compare nutritionally though? Check out the chart below and find out.
