It tastes just as good as regular peanut butter but has 85 percent fewer fat calories because the peanuts are defatted (two tablespoons of PB2 has 45 cals, 13 from fat. The same amount of a typical peanut butter has about 190 cals, 145 from fat). Try a dollop of PB2 on your oatmeal or mixed into a protein shake. Or add a sprinkle to pad Thai (a lightened up recipe for this dish will be in the works pronto!).
