We were a little thrown off when we first heard about Cameron Diaz's go-to breakfast of savory oatmeal. Oatmeal is great, and stir-fry makes for a delicious, veggie-filled dinner, but when paired together, it was a flavor combination that didn't make sense in our minds. That was until we tasted the dish for ourselves. Think of fiber-rich oatmeal as a perfect stand-in for brown rice or quinoa, and when topped off with the savory combination of egg, ponzu sauce, and veggies, it's obvious that breakfast is changed for the better.
