I saw this in the recent Health magazine, and the lady that eats garlic everyday says she puts it in applesauce and it helps it go down easier. Still... can't get myself to do it. I was my hands frequently and during the cold/flu season drink the Emergen-C... I rarely get sick.

I wash my hands so frequently that I need to make sure I always have lotion around -- need to make sure they don't dry out!

I never ever get sick either! On this list I just wash my hands always after bathroom, or salsa lessons etc (but not like OCD!) and I drink a glass of orange juice every morning. Also I eat a very well rounded diet and I exercise 6 or 7 times a week. I haven't had even a minor cold and defi not the flu in over 3 yrs. Eeek- I'm afraid I'm going to jinx myself haha!
