Premade soup is sooo awful for sodium.. like they don't think that vegetables alone can possibly have enough flavor! Let us decide, and salt as required! I need to start making some of my own soups again!

4/5. As for the last one, it depends on the soup and pizza. Comparing general items isn't really fair. One pizza might have 500mg, one might have 800mg.
