Winter is coming to an end, slowly, but these last days of the season can sure drag on. Many of us get totally bummed during the final days of Winter because we just want some sun and warmth already! In order to combat the "Winter blahs," I make sure I get enough exercise each week (big shocker there). Keeping up with my physical health helps me keep on top of my emotional health.
