I'm not one of those people who has a stomach of steel, and because of my sensitive belly, there are a list of foods I try to eat in moderation because I know they upset my stomach to some degree. Raw garlic, Chinese food, ice cream, spicy foods, and even apples on an empty belly can give my tummy a hard time. What about you?
