When it comes to exercising, I have a few go-to activities that I always end up doing. I mix it up between running, biking, swimming, as well as outdoorsy activities hiking and kayaking. I love yoga, Pilates, and weightlifting. I tried branching out and experimented with rock climbing, windsurfing, and horseback riding, but they were either too expensive or not for me.
