We've already shared our motivations, but when it comes to working out, goals are important too. Goals are very personal, and for me, I like to set a few small goals, rather than one huge one. My previous goal was to be able to consistently run faster (under 8:30-minute miles), but now I'm working on my endurance. My goal is to be able to run regularly for 45 minutes, every time I run. What about you? Maybe you want to be able to swim a certain number of laps without getting tired or maybe you want to be able to run a 5K?
