Step in the Right Direction: Moderate Exercise Defined

You've heard that you should take at least 10,000 steps a day. You know you are supposed to get 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week. This means walking briskly, as if you are late for a very important date and not simply strolling along. I, for one, believe a pedometer will definitely come in handy when trying to determine your 100 steps in one-minute pace. Now get walking!
