there's a $0.99 app called CardioSurprise that involves a similar concept except that the circuits are performed on a separate floor space - not on the treadmill itself. Either way its a definite break from the typical monotonous treadmill workout!

This workout was actually super fun, and I felt the burn! Here are just a few tips I would share with anyone wanting to try this Shredmill Workout: -Use gloves when planking and crab crawl on the treadmill so your hands don't hurt! -If feeling advanced, kick up the speed on the treadmill for each move! (Especially the reverse mountain climbers... I kicked the speed all the way up to 2.0!) LOVE THIS WORKOUT! So fun:)
