I did my first Palms Up Headstand this weekend and it was amazing! It's surprisingly stable and I even found it a lot easier than the regular Bound Headstand. The Iron Cross Headstand is another story, not exactly stable..

Bellabunny - I've been practicing yoga since 2000, and these kinds of poses definitely took a lot of practice. The fact that they were challenging made me want to work on them more.
