this was always onve of my favorite poses since i have the good balance for it and if i kept my muscles tense - then i could feel the workout for them. this reminds me that i need to find a new yoga class to take this week since i don't like the studio that i've been going to. (being in NYC sometimes it's a matter of location vs 'where' you go - and now i'm learning that i need to be more picky about 'where')
