What is great for the summer months is seltzer water (you can find some brands with 0 sodium) with lemon or cut fresh fruit and put in a jug of ice water. Try lime, lemon, orange, strawberries, pears, pineapple, watermelon--anything you can think of. Let it chill for a few hours before serving.

I have to say, I really like juice. If it's 100% juice, I see no wrong drinking it. Better that than zero calorie diet sodas that have lots of additives in it.

Same here -- I prefer to eat my calories than drink them. It's more satisfying.That's why my summer beverage of choice is unsweetened, berry ice tea.
