I started this diet a few days ago. It seems to be working better than the three hour feeding plan that I have been attempting to follow. It was just too much of an effort for me to eat every three hours. In addition, I was not loosing weight eating so often. I've lost three pounds in four days. I feel great. Most importantly, I am not constantly thinking about food or carrying it around with me. I agree with the post that said "it is not normal for humans to eat every two or three hours"...aka snack between meals. That is only a recent development, perpetuated by those with vested interest.
