I had to try it today at the gym and was able to do a triset with the reverse crunch, cable crunch and three-point-touch and let me tell ya, it burned! Only did 3 sets of 8 reps to start this off with, but next week gunning for 3 sets of 10 reps. All in all it was a great burn!
