Anonymous, my ex-boyfriend's family used to do that to me, and I just said no thank you (and repeatedly if necessary). You shouldn't have to feel guilty about or justify not eating something you don't want to.

Turkey Trot!! I LOVE getting in a really intense workout the morning of Thanksgiving or before Christmas dinner. On one hand, your body will be moving and account for at least some of the indulgent calories you'll consume later on. On the other hand for me, it also keeps me calm for what is usually a fairly overwhelming family gathering.
