Trans Fats in Mass

In the wake of NYC putting a ban on trans fats there has been a lot of buzz over which city will be the next to ban trans fats. In the poll, you guys said it should be LA but surprisingly enough, it turns out that a bill has recently been introduced that would make Massachusetts the first U.S. state to ban fats. If the bill is passed then Mass, like NYC, will force restaurants in an entire state to stop frying foods in oils that contain high levels of trans fats.

I like it Massachusetts -- go for gold!
