Last night on the treadmill I was not feeling like running, but I knew I just needed to push myself to run a little bit or I would have been disappointed with myself. So instead of forcing my way through a grueling (and boring) 30 minute run on the treadmill that I was not excited about, I decided to switch it up with an uphill run/walk that is great for the legs and booty.
