A Treadmill Run to Tone Your Butt and Torch Calories


Working the incline makes running in the flats feel like a breeze. If you can't find hills in your neighborhood, the treadmill is the perfect tool to work on your speed. Try this hilly workout, created by Equinox trainer Lauren Fairbanks, that keeps you running while playing with both speed and incline. And remember, aside from increasing your speed, hill work does a nice job of toning your hamstring and glutes. Check out the workout when you read more.
