2 cups non-dairy chocolate chips
1 precooked vegan pie shell
1 block silken tofu
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In an oven-safe dish add the chocolate chips and bake until melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove dish from oven, pour melted chips in blender with one block of silken tofu. Blend until smooth, and pour mixture in precooked pie shell.
- Place pie in fridge for 2 hours to set. Slice, and serve with fresh berries.
