Thanks for the post. It's just a good example that it's not a must to take meat for protein. But we should remember that animal proteins contain certain elements that veg proteins can't provide. @Michele Foley Thanks for the tip! I definitely am not a fan of garlicky dishes, so I'll probably cut it down to one large clove.

@Jenny Sugar I made the avocado pasta last night — so good! I might suggest adding less garlic than the recipe calls for. I used three large cloves and it was almost too much to stand!

I'm a vegetarian and can't believe I've never tried the avocado pasta. Yum! I know what I'm making for dinner tonight. I'll add some cannellini beans and it'll really up the protein!
