Is this mainly just a leg workout than a full body workout? I mean it's definitely cardio but you don't really do much with your arms

I do this twice a day in the morning and at night. It makes me feel really good especially since I don't do much during the afternoons

Oh, golly. I'm out of breath. This is great when one doesn't have enough time to do a thorough workout like Tracy Anderson. I don't feel guilty after spending 10 min on this. I feel the burn in my thighs.

Oh yay! So according to the other comments, I should expect to be sore tomorrow. Super duper. Reason #2 I hate working out. But I did it. I am an out of shape heiffer, heavier than I've EVER been, so I've got to do something. I found this workout to be good for me. I wasn't able to keep up with one of the moves, but I did the rest at my own pace. Perhaps I will eventually be able to do each move at the same pace as the instructor soon....

"Zelana this is your blog! you made yourself look really bad on this video. i know you are not the instructor but you are making yourself look really lazy. I am not a critic and I do not judge but I found it really disturbing. it looks like it bothered a lot of other viewers."

Just finished this 10 min session and I'm impressed. Literally worked up a sweat and I even workout 5 - 6 times a week. I loved move #5, Curtsy Lunge - You can really feel the stretch and burn in your lower body.

This is GREAT!! It is super quick but no less powerful! Also pretty easy for those with knee problems. Woke up this morning and my arms, glutes, thighs, and calves were sore after just TEN MINUTES!
