The girl in the picture looks like a grown up version of my baby/childhood photos. Same hair (color and cut), dark eyebrows, light eyes, and fair skin. It's kind of creepy :p Some of these tips are useful, I've been working out and not seeing results at all. I think it's time to change my diet. I won't give up my oil dressing though, as long as I portion and dip, I don't eat a lot.

I definitely think olive oil is a healthy fat, but most salads I meet are over dressed. I usually add nuts to my salads for healthy fats that contain fiber and other nutrients as well. Thanks for the salad dressing recipe Anon. I love adding fresh herbs to my dressing.
