I am totally a morning person, and as a trainer I am up really early most mornings. Once you are out of the bed for a few minutes you do not feel as sleepy. Even do a few sets of squats and jumping jacks to wake yourself up and boost your metabolism a little along with that glass of ice water!

I love working out in the mornings. The mornings that I don't drag myself out of bed with promises of "after work", I never really manage to workout after I get home. Plus, I think it boosts my mood for the rest of the day.

The sun is never out when I wake up in the AM.. Okay, there is one week at the end of June when 515 gets sun.. best week of the year :)
