I did a lot of running and strength training for my wedding. In order to really hit it hard and fine-tune all the details, I did a pretty intense David Kirsch circuit for two weeks before the big day. I usually can't run too far or too often because of my knees, but I still ran quite a bit because I knew I was going to be giving my poor stiff knees a week off during the honeymoon.
