That dress was really adorable. I don't know if I would actually workout in it or not though. I just started using Whey protein immediately after my workouts though. I've only been doing that for about three to four weeks but it's mainly because I don't eat beef or pork. I also have that balanced with fish and chicken and tofu. I'll have to post the entire eating plan sometime.
