Ever want to know how 120 calories measures up when it comes to everyday foods?
Well, I recently stumbled across these pictures from NHS.uk that are really, really interesting to see. This explains why the person who is eating 120 calories for a snack that is half a candy bar is still hungry, but the person who is eating a big bowl of cherries for the same amount of calories feels satisfied.
