This is definitely 200 calories. I know for a fact that a medium apple has about 90+ calories...so there's no way that two 3/4 apples have 120 calories. Sorry kids...I would love to think they did too!!!

that's a whole lot of rice cakes... i also bought whole wheat pitas to make the chicken pileup from yumsugar and wound up finding they're low on calories and will fill you up! :)

"eating lots of fruit just leaves me feeling hungry again.." I'm not totally positive but I think it's because certain fruits have a lot fo sugar which raises your blodd sugar level and causes you to crave more food.

This is good thing to know, I'm more a visaul person and think that now, when i will be hungry i'll eat a apple rather a kikat's bar .

Yes, great visuals! I tend to head straight for the fruits and veggies when in need of a snack. Carvinsugar: is that out of boredom or a good appetite? I only ask, because the same thing happens to me when I'm bored. It can be rather annoying sometimes.

this is helpful, but ewven if i opt to eat the whole bowl of strawberries for 120 cal, in less than an hour i am hungry again.
