I have acne so I should know =/ mamasitamalita 6 years what I've discovered after years of suffering with acne is that "true or false" is too black and white... some of these are true for some people, and false for others. I've used oil-free moisturizer for awhile, but recently switched to putting tea tree oil on my face before bed. like begets like... I wake up with glowing, refreshed skin and it's not as greasy the next day. if there is oil on my face already, my skin doesn't have to produce it. its just what I personally have found. I also quit drinking soda almost a year and a half ago and (A) don't miss it (B) haven't had better skin since.
